Sports massage is a technique that uses the application of pressure to manipulate soft tissue. It combines the gliding strokes, kneading movements, bending and stretching associated with massage with intensive techniques that are specifically designed to prevent and treat sports injuries.

You will receive treatment of the highest standard at THE Medical. As such, all sports massages last one-hour and our therapists are fully qualified in:
- Sports and remedial massage
- Anatomy and physiology
- Injury prevention massage
Appointments are available from 8am to 10pm
Sports Massage is available at the following times:
- Monday, 12.00 – 22.00
- Tuesday, 16.00 – 18.00
- Wednesday, 11.30 – 22.00
- Thursday, 16.00 – 22.00
- Friday, 15.30 – 19:00
A 30 minute massage costs £25.
A 60 minute massage costs £35.
